Finally our Naruto is growing up. He's not that noisy and all talk kid anymore. I love the character development!

The things he did to learn the jutsu are what transformed him as a fighter. You could see Kakashi remark that he uses his clones to actually gather information on his opponents now. Plus he no doubt has far better chakra control. He also has a better understanding of what potential opponents can throw at him since his understanding of chakra natures is way more advanced now. He grows drastically at this point in the show tbh. Not quite Sasuke's level, but a few tough battles away from it for sure.

So Naruto finally develops, hopefully he'll actually do something with his new move
